Organizing Relaxation Days/How I chill at the weekends

So I am currently filming a Day in a life video which is going to be whole weekend including Friday gone and I love having days where I slow down and take my time. 

I think it is so good to have that rest time and its about not doing so many things at once but a task at a time and the weekends as soon as it begins I will catch up on some TV, like today I watched part of the Womens Final at Wimbledon and days where like today I went to Costas to read my book and write some notes rather being stuck in a room, and so glad that Lockdown is slowly being removed. 

Tomorrow I am gonna pop out and take it even easier and if the weather is good read my book in the park and go for my walk and visit a few shops open, I may even make to Sainsbury's to pick up my favourite Kenco Iced Lattes and they are lovely, and want to film another shop with me, see my video of the H&M https://youtu.be/fgBc3b2_K6U but this time either Sainsbury's or TK Maxx and have a healthy meal and fancy having a Chicken Salad. 

I love food that is like a hug in a bowl and a day where I am casual and may read my book in bed tomorrow and see if can finish the book. 

For me I don't put on make up usually on Sunday and just be for the day.

I love watching a documentary which I have mentioned before and do some Admin and work on books for the rest of the time. Relaxtion is so important for your wellbeing and we all need that recharge ready for a new week to begin.
